- Operational data from customers using our fulfillment service (order details, shipping addresses of end-consumers, inventory levels).

- To respond to your enquiries and provide quotes.
- To deliver our order fulfillment and shipping services under our contract with you.
- To meet our legal obligations (tax records, customs declarations, GDPR audit logs).

10. International transfers
All customer data is stored on EU-based infrastructure (Frankfurt, London, Amsterdam). We do not transfer personal data outside the UK or EEA.
